• If you cancel before this 48-hour window, you will receive a full refund.

2. Late Cancellations (Within 48 Hours) Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour date are generally non-refundable. However, we grant exceptions in cases of Force Majeure. You may be eligible for a refund or a free rescheduling if you provide valid proof of:

• Flight Cancellations or Delays: Proof of flight disruption preventing you from arriving in Madeira on time.
• Medical Emergencies: A medical note preventing participation.
• Unusual Weather Events: Extreme weather conditions that prevent you from reaching the meeting point (e.g., road closures by police).

3. Cancellations by Madeira Horizon (Safety & Weather) Your safety is our priority. In Madeira, weather conditions can change rapidly (especially in the mountains or at sea).

  • A full refund.
  • Rescheduling to an alternative date.
